Baltasar Current Investments

Under a joint venture with Pinellas County Housing Authority, HPC and Baltasar will break ground on two apartment complexes in the Fall of 2025 in central and northern Pinellas County.

 

Baltasar’s equity position is expected to generate 11+% in annual cash flow once stabilized plus capital appreciation.
